Our goal is to minimize the hassle and confusion of insurance payments and make your appointments go smoothly from start to finish.  Vision Care Associates accepts the following insurance plans:

If your insurance plan is listed above…
Our staff will collect any applicable co-payments and charges for non-covered services from you at the time of service.  We then file a claim for those services to your insurance company and expect to be paid directly by your insurance company.  Please note that payment from your insurance company cannot be guaranteed.  Benefits are not determined until your claim is processed.  You are financially responsible for any claim your insurance company denies.

If you have insurance not listed here ...
Vision Care will file a claim to your insurance company on your behalf, but your balance must be paid in full at the time of service. When your claim is processed, reimbursement will be directly sent to you.
